Kang was sunbathing when Fen walked up to him, and said they need to talk. He was annoyed and asked Fen if they can talk some other time because he was busy sunbathing. Apparently, Fen said he was attacked by light-skinned foreigners back in Lizi Woods. Hearing this, Kang later told Chang about this to warn him. Kang was going somewhere when he saw Harold, Stella Lily, Lyla, and Bruno about to eat grilled shrimp and grilled pineapple with rice. He bumped into Bruno and Lyla, and then ran off before anyone can see his face. Later, he went to the open bar where Ming worked at asking for Chang, but Chang was not there. On his way out the open bar, he bumped into Bruno who was with Harold at the time. Seeing Harold and Bruno entering the open bar, Kang went to find Chang to tell him about this. He also tried to find Fen to tell him about Harold and Bruno. In the evening, he watched Harold, Stella, Lyla, and Bruno eat grilled fish. He ran away before anyone could see him. The next morning, Kang spotted Bruno buying grilled squids. Intending to follow Bruno, Kang was detected by Bruno. Realizing he got caught, he started a fight with Bruno. During the fight, he used his Construct to transform into a brown Goat, but was still defeated by Bruno despite having an advantage. While still in his Therian form, he ran away to find Chang and Ming. Bruno followed after him who was himself was followed by Stella and Lyla. Kang eventually made it to Chang and Ming. He immediately pointed at Bruno and blamed him for beating him up. Harold also showed up since he was following Chang and Ming. Chang got mad at Harold and his friends and transformed into a Snake to fight Harold. Ming transformed into a Horse to fight Harold, but ended up fighting against Stella and Lyla instead. The fights ended with Harold defeating Chang, and Stella and Lyla defeating Ming. After the fights, Kang, Chang, and Ming were questioned by Harold. Kang and his friends did not want to help Harold, but answered his questions because he threatened them. When Harold and his friends left Boluo Beach, Kang continued his day and sunbathed.
