Crimson Fire

Chapter Four

Georgios got up from the battle breathing heavily. He finally caught his breath. Florian and Jasper glanced at Sandra and the four men who were ready to fight.

Georgios waves his right hand at Sandra and the four men. "No need, boys!"

The four men turn to Sandra to see her reaction.

Sandra is annoyed. "If you say so. I mean they did destroy your barn, and it was two on one."

Georgios shakes his head. "It was my choice. Anyways, what were you boys saying?"

"So," Jasper began. "Later today, my friend and I will go to Andrew's ranch, and then steal his sheep for ourselves. Without any livestock, Andrew won't be able to keep his business. This means that you will have the only operating ranch in this place."

Georgios nods slowly. "Alright, let's say I believe you. How will you move the sheep? Have you done any surveillance on the place? Any recon?"

Jasper nods quickly. "Indeed, we did! In fact, we will start the operation tonight. So! If you don't mind, my friend and I will be leaving to plan for anything that might come up."

Both Jasper and Florian turn around and try to leave, but are stopped by Georgios. "Hold it! We'll go with you guys in case anything happens."

Sandra is upset. "We are?!"

Georgios looks at her and nods. "Yeah, but not for free! I want a portion of the sheep for myself."

Jasper is confused. "You want a portion of a sheep? Like a leg or some wool or something."

"No, you idiot!" Georgios said. "I mean I want some of the livestock for myself. Meet us back here around six! Then we'll discuss the plan."

With that said, Florian and Jasper agree and walk back to the inn.

It has been an hour since both Stella and Renee took their nap. The time is now around three or four in the afternoon.

Stella and Renee leave their room to go to the boys' room. The latter knocks on the door. One knock and no answer.

"It's probably that they're not there," Renee said. "Florian is a light sleeper."

The girls go downstairs and to the lobby. Once at the lobby, the front door opens and Florian and Jasper come inside.

"There you guys are!" Renee said. "What happened? Did you guys both get kidnapped?"

"Actually, yes." Jasper said. "We both did, but we worked it out."

Stella looks at the boys. "Let's go back to the room and then you guys can explain yourselves."

Back in the girls' room, they listened as the boys explained what happened.

"Alright," Stella sighed. "You told them we were going to steal Andrew's livestock and run him out of business? And how are you going to accomplish that?"

"Well, I thought we would figure that out together."

Stella sighs again. "Fine, let's just plan this out. Any ideas, boys?"

Jasper thinks for a second. "We meet up with them and go to Andrew's ranch. If there's any problem, Andrew's group and Georgios' group will fight each other."

Stella sighs again. "I guess that can work."

With that said, everyone hung out until six in the afternoon. Stella and her friends went to Georgios' ranch.

At the ranch, Georgios stares at Stella. "Wow! I can't believe how beautiful you are. My men weren't lying!"

"Let's just get this over with," Stella said. "What can you tell us about Andrew?"

"Ah," Georgios began and nodded towards Sandra. "Her twin sister works for Andrew. So! If we have to fight Andrew's team at his ranch, try not to confuse the twins."

"Alright, then." Stella said. "Florian and Jasper will sneak into one of the barns. While they do that, Renee and I will distract Andrew. If anyone attacks us, your men can deal with them. While this is going on, Florian and Jasper will have already stolen a few sheep. Understood?"

Georgios smiles. "Beauty and intelligence, huh?! I like it!"

Georgios, Sandra, and their men lead Stella and her friends to the front of the northern ranch. There are multiple barns around the house.

Andrew's ranch looks similar to Georgios' ranch. Both have fields of broccoli and several barns.

Stella looks at Florian and Jasper who both separate from the group to go around to one of the barns. She turns to Georgios. "You and your men can stay here until we need help. And Sandra? What happens if your sister shows up?"

Sandra scoffs. "I'll just come with you in case Cassie shows up." She leads Stella and Renee to the front door of the main house.

One knock from Stella and everyone waited for several seconds. Finally, the door opened. The person behind the door and the girls were surprised to see each other.

"You girls?!" the guy behind the door yelled out.

The person behind the door was the same guy from the bar earlier in the day.

"This is Andrew!" Sandra sighed.

"Did you girls come here to apologize for splashing drinks in my face?!" Andrew said with irritation in his voice.

Before Stella and Renee have a chance to talk, Sandra intervenes. "They are not here to apologize or anything. In fact, they're here to steal her sheep!"

"What?!" Andrew yelled out.

Sandra shrugs and looks at both girls. "What? You both didn't think it was going to be easy, did you?"

"Get out!" Andrew yelled out and then turned back to his house. "Cassie! Get out here! Those girls are here!" He steps outside and sees Georgios. "He's here, too?!"

"Heh!" Sandra smirked. "Yep, that he's helping his girls steal your sheep."

Andrew gets more angry. "What?! What the heck is going on here?!"

Eventually, Cassie reaches the front door and steps outside. When she lays her eyes on Sandra, they both smile at each other. Then she lays her eyes on Stella and Renee, the smile turns into a glare.

"Cassie!" Andrew said. "These girls are here with Georgios to steal my sheep. Gather the men while I take care of these girls."

Andrew activates his Sura to bring forth a Lance. The Lance was made of red wood and silver metal. He coats the Lance with Fire Midrash and thrusts it at Stella.

As Stella is about to dodge, a Wind Spellbomb from Sandra comes at her.
